the water treatment needs of such consumer. This is especially
true for our consumers located outside of the United States
who have authorized General Ecology distributors located in
their region of the world. Information is also gathered for
tracking purposes to improve the quality of customer service
provided to you by General Ecology Inc.
Warranty Information:
To obtain warranty information
prior to purchase, please contact our Customer Service
Department, by phone, fax , email or US Mail as listed on the
"Contact Us" page of this web site. Please include a contact
mail address or facsimile number as well as which product is
of interest to you.
Return Information:
We are confident customers will
be satisfied with General Ecology water purification and
microfiltration products. If you are unsatisfied, we gladly
try to address your concerns or you may return products
purchased at our online store within 30 days of receipt for
refund of purchase price. Shipping charges remain the
responsibility of the customer as do the shipping charges
incurred by the customer in returning the product to General
Ecology Inc. Products returned that have been damaged by a
customer's improper use or care may be subject to a restocking
charge.

include the invoice evidencing your purchase of the product
from our store. For expedient service, please also include
