for First Need Deluxe Portable Water Purifier, reviewed and praised
on OutdoorReview.com by unbiased outdoor enthusiasts among the 200,000
consumer-generated reviews on the ConsumerREVIEW.com network.
The CHOICE Award Review:
Consumer Consensus: This "fantastic" combined filter and purifier produces "excellent tasting water," even "from mud puddles," with about 35-40 strokes per quart. The design is "basic,", but reviewers say the "long-standing, proven design works," so why change it? "Reliable" and "convenient," outdoor enthusiasts like the First Need's ability to "filter out viruses without iodine" and remove chemicals. "You don't hear a lot about this company, but they make a great product," say
reviewers. The First Need "never fails"
and for the money, "this is the best
filter around."
Thank you! General Ecology, Inc. appreciates and thanks the consumers for their unbiased feedback on First Need Deluxe Portable Water Purifier
Clarification: We note that the review refers to General Ecology Inc.'s First Need Deluxe as a "water filter", although it is common to refer to all devices as water filters, First Need Deluxe is a water purifier, much more than a filter, purifying water of viruses, bacteria, cysts in addition to many chemical and aesthetic contaminants. First Need Portable Water Purifier is independently certified to meet EPA Microbiological Purification Standard against Viruses, Bacteria and Cysts, the only portable purifier to do so without chemicals, hold-time or double pumping.
